Where to find me
I teach at two yoga studios, Riverside Community College, Riverside and Moreno Valley campuses, and privately at my in-home studio or at the homes of students. My classes are suitable for pregnant women and for those with most physical conditions. Classes for the Intrinsic School of Yoga, year 2010/2011, started August 2010. A new program starts in April 2011. Join me for 10 weekends for a 200-hour program for personal enrichment or to prepare for teaching yoga. More information is available at intrinsicschoolofyoga.com

Tuesday: noon, all levels
Wednesday: 10:30 a.m., slow-paced
Thursday: 7:15 p.m., all levels
Friday, 10:30 a.m., beginning/level 1; noon, all levels; 7 p.m. restorative yoga, alternating Fridays.
Sunday, 12:30 p.m., all levels, 4:30 p.m., level 2 -- one year's experience.
